Returns
In terms of responsible consumer behavior, we would like to work with you to avoid returns. However, should it happen that you want to return a RYZON product, this is very easy to do.
You can return your ordered items for a refund up to 40 days from the invoice date. The returned goods must be in a salable condition. This means that it must be unused, except for the purpose of trying on the product. If possible, please return your products in their original packaging.

This fabric is made from biodegradable yarns (Roica™ V550 and Amni Soul Eco®) that break down much faster than conventional synthetic materials. It’s an exciting step forward in our search for environmentally friendly textile solutions—one we’re testing and developing further with this innovative shirt.
Care instructions
- Normal wash cycle at 30°C
- Wash in a laundry net or inside out
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
The fine material of our Phantom shirts offers particularly high wearing comfort. However, friction – for example, when wearing a backpack – can cause pilling. This is a natural effect and not a quality defect. To extend the life of the shirt, we recommend avoiding strong friction.
