40-Day Return Policy at RYZON

Return period
You may return items within 40 days of the invoice date for a refund.
Conditions
Items must be unworn (except for trying them on), unwashed, undamaged and in resalable condition, ideally in their original packaging. Items that have been washed, damaged or worn beyond trying on cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Return shipping costs
Returns registered through our Returns Portal are free of charge. You will receive a prepaid return label in the portal.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return. If you paid with a gift card, the refund is credited to the gift card first. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ryzon.net with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.
