Terms and Conditions for the Sgrail Marin County Sweepstakes
Participation in the Ryzon sweepstakes themed “Win two race slots for Sgrail Marin County” and its implementation are governed exclusively by the following provisions:
- The organizer of the sweepstakes is Ryzon GmbH, Maastrichter Str. 45, 50672 Cologne, Germany.
- Eligible to participate are individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the organizer, employees of affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participating.
- Participation in the sweepstakes is possible only until Friday, 01/10/2026, 12:00 AM. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services from the organizer. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
- Participation in the sweepstakes takes place via the Ryzon online shop. To enter the “Win two race slots for Sgrail Marin County” sweepstakes, participants must register with their email address. One winner will be drawn at random from all sweepstakes participants.
- The organizer has the right to contact the winner after the sweepstakes has ended and, by arrangement, to announce them publicly.
- Only the prize described in the sweepstakes, two race slots for the Olympic triathlon at the specified Sgrail event, will be raffled.
- The winner of the prize will be notified by email after the closing date. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to the organizer no later than 02/10/2025, 12:00 AM and provide the further information requested by the organizer. If the deadline expires without success, the organizer is entitled to determine a new winner by random draw from the newsletter registrations.
- The formalities for the handover of the prize will be clarified individually with the winner once the winner has contacted the organizer.
- A cash payment of the material value or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The winners accept necessary changes to the prize caused by other factors beyond the organizer's control.
- The organizer reserves the right to suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part if difficulties occur that are not caused by the organizer and that jeopardize the integrity of the sweepstakes. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
- Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation (in particular, bulk or multiple entries). This is the case, for example, if automatic scripts, hacking tools, Trojans, or viruses are used, or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means.
- The organizer is entitled to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes prematurely if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control occur that make the original implementation difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. These include, but are not limited to, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizer's control, as well as legal violations that are directly related to the implementation of the sweepstakes.
- Any liability for damages on the part of the organizer and its bodies, employees, and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
- The organizer collects and stores only the participant's provided email address. By participating in this sweepstakes, all participants give their consent to data collection in accordance with the regulations of the GDPR. The data will be used to conduct and process the sweepstakes as well as for notification purposes via the Ryzon newsletter. The winner's data will be used to identify, notify, and announce the winner. Data will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, the relevant data will not be passed on for advertising purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant's consent if the organizer is legally obliged to do so. The organizer is entitled to mention the winner on the website ryzon.net and/or facebook.com/ryzon.apparel and/or instagram.com/ryzon_apparel, stating their first and last name and place of residence. Participants may revoke their consent to the use of personal data by the organizer at any time and demand that their data be deleted immediately. Such a revocation should be sent to: info@ryzon.net with the subject line “Revocation FB-Sweepstakes”. In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz), participants have the right at any time to obtain information about their stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of data. - Legal recourse is excluded. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions may be changed by the organizer at any time without separate notification. Supplements and ancillary agreements regarding the terms for prize processing must be in writing to be effective.
