Terms and Conditions Challenge Roth x Frodissimo Competition

Participation in the Ryzon sweepstakes with the motto "Win an exclusive Frodissimo coffee" and its execution are exclusively subject to the following provisions:

  1. The organizer of the sweepstakes is Ryzon GmbH, Maastrichter Str. 45, 50672 Cologne.
  2. Eligible participants are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of the organizer, employees of affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  3. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible until Monday, July 6, 2026, 1 PM. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services from the organizer. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
  4. Participation in the sweepstakes takes place via the Ryzon online shop. Participants must register with their email address to participate in the "Win an exclusive Frodissimo coffee" sweepstakes. Among all sweepstakes participants, 20 winners will be drawn randomly.
  5. The organizer has the right to contact the winners after the end of the sweepstakes and to name them publicly after consultation.
  6. Only the prize described in the sweepstakes, a 250g pack of Frodissimo Espresso - Explorer, will be raffled off.
  7. The winners of the prize will be notified by email after the participation deadline. The winners must confirm receipt of the prize notification to the organizer by July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM at the latest, and provide any further information requested by the organizer. If the deadline expires without success, the organizer is entitled to determine a new winner by random drawing from the newsletter registrations.
  8. The formalities for the handover of the prize will be clarified individually with the winners once they have contacted the organizer.
  9. Cash payment of the material values or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The winners accept necessary changes to the prize caused by other factors beyond the organizer's control.
  10. The organizer reserves the right to suspend the sweepstakes entirely or temporarily if difficulties occur that are not caused by the organizer and that jeopardize the integrity of the sweepstakes. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes in case of a violation of these terms and conditions.
  11. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation (in particular collective or multiple participations). This is the case, for example, if automatic scripts, hacking tools, Trojans, or viruses are used or if a participant gains an advantage by other unauthorized means.
  12. The organizer is entitled to prematurely cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if unforeseen circumstances occur that are beyond the organizer's control and that make the original execution difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizer's control, and legal violations directly related to the execution of the sweepstakes.
  13. Any liability for damages of the organizer and its organs, employees, and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes, regardless of the legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
  14. The organizer collects and stores only the email address provided by the participant. By participating in this sweepstakes, all participants give their consent to data collection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The data will be used for the execution and processing of the sweepstakes as well as for notification purposes via the Ryzon newsletter. The winner's data will be used to determine, notify, and announce the winner. Data will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, the relevant data will not be passed on for advertising purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant's consent if the organizer is legally obliged to do so. The organizer is entitled to mention the winners on the website ryzon.net and/or facebook.com/ryzon.apparel and/or instagram.com/ryzon_apparel stating their first and last name and place of residence. Participants can revoke their consent to the use of personal data by the organizer at any time and demand that their data be deleted immediately. A corresponding revocation should be sent to: info@ryzon.net with the subject "Sweepstakes Revocation". Under the Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right at any time to information about their stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of data.   15. The legal process is excluded. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions can be changed by the organizer at any time without separate notification. Additions and ancillary agreements regarding the conditions for prize handling require written form to be effective.
