Terms and Conditions of the Contest
Participation in the Ryzon competition under the motto “ Win a cycling outfit for the upcoming A/W season " and its implementation are governed exclusively by the following provisions:
- The organizer of the competition is Ryzon GmbH, Maastrichter Str. 45, 50672 Cologne.
- Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of the organizer, employees of affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation in the competition is only possible until Friday, The competition will close on October 18, 2025, at midnight. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services from the organizer. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
- Participation in the competition is via the Ryzon online shop. Participants must register with their email address to participate in the " Win a Cycling Outfit " competition. One winner will be randomly drawn from all participants.
- The organizer reserves the right to contact the winner after the competition has ended and to announce their name publicly after consultation.
- Only the prize described in the competition, a cycling outfit (cycling jacket, long-sleeved jersey, long cycling shorts, headband, merino socks), will be raffled off.
- The winner will be notified by email after the closing date. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to the organizer by midnight on October 21, 2025, at the latest, and provide any additional information requested by the organizer. If the deadline expires without result, the organizer reserves the right to randomly select a new winner from among the newsletter subscribers.
- The formalities for handing over the prize will be clarified individually with the winner as soon as the winner has contacted the organizer.
- Cash payment of the prizes or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The winners accept necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if difficulties arise that are not the organizer's fault and jeopardize the integrity of the competition. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these terms and conditions.
- Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized tools or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation (especially collective or multiple entries). This applies, for example, if automated scripts, hacker tools, Trojans, or viruses are used, or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means.
- The organizer reserves the right to prematurely cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control arise that make the original implementation more difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. These include, but are not limited to, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizer's control, and violations of law that are directly related to the implementation of the competition.
- Any liability of the organizer and its bodies, employees and vicarious agents for damages arising from or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
- The organizer collects and stores only the email address provided by the participant. By participating in this competition, all participants consent to data collection in accordance with the GDPR regulations. The data will be used to conduct and process the competition and for notification purposes via the Ryzon newsletter. The winner's data will be used to determine, notify, and announce the winner. The data will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, the corresponding data will not be passed on for advertising purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant's consent if the organizer is legally obliged to do so. The organizer is entitled to mention the winner on the website ryzon.net and/or facebook.com/ryzon.apparel and/or instagram.com/ryzon_apparel, stating their first and last name and place of residence. Participants can revoke their consent to the use of personal data by the organizer at any time and request that their data be deleted immediately. A corresponding revocation must be sent to info@ryzon.net with the subject "Revocation of the Facebook competition." According to the Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right to information about their stored data at any time, as well as the right to correct, block, or delete data. - Legal recourse is excluded. The right to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions of participation may be amended by the organizer at any time without separate notice. Additions and ancillary agreements regarding the conditions for prize processing must be made in writing to be effective.
