Conditions of Participation Landfolk x Ryzon Competition
Participation in the " Landfolk x Ryzon Competition " and its implementation is governed exclusively by the following provisions:
- The organizer of the raffle is Ryzon GmbH, Maastrichter Str. 45, 50672 Cologne, Germany together with Landfolk A/S, Bülowsgade 68, 3 tv, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark.
- Persons residing in Germany and Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of the two organizing parties, employees of affiliated companies and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation in the raffle is only possible until Sunday, December 1st, 2024, midnight. Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods or services from the organizers. By participating in the raffle, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
- Participation in the raffle takes place via the Facebook, Instagram, website and newsletter channels. Both organizers will run the competition separately at the same time via the aforementioned channels. To take part in the " Landfolk x Ryzon Competition " raffle, participants must register for the Ryzon newsletter and/or the Landfolk newsletter using their email address. By registering, participants agree to be included in both newsletter databases. One person will be randomly selected as the winner from all registrations.
- The organizers have the right to contact the winners after the end of the raffle.
- Only the prize described in the raffle will be raffled off, namely 1x Landfolk stay and a RYZON voucher worth 750€.
- The person selected will be notified by email after the closing date. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to one of the organizer parties by 6 p.m. on December 6, 2024 at the latest and provide any additional information requested by the organizers. If the deadline expires without result, the organizers are entitled to randomly select a new winner from among the newsletter registrations.
- The formalities for handing over the products will be clarified individually with the person selected as soon as the winner has contacted an organizing party.
- Cash payment of the goods or exchange of the products is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The selected person accepts necessary changes to the products that are caused by other factors outside the control of the organizers.
- The organizers reserve the right to suspend the prize draw in whole or in part if difficulties arise that are not caused by the organizers and that endanger the integrity of the draw. The organizers also reserve the right to exclude participants from the draw if they violate these terms and conditions.
- Furthermore, the organizers reserve the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized means or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (in particular collective or multiple entries). This is the case, for example, if automatic scripts, hacker tools, Trojans or viruses are used or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means.
- The organizers are entitled to cancel, suspend or change the prize draw prematurely if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond the organizers' control and that make the original execution more difficult or unreasonable for the organizers. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizers' control and violations of law that are directly related to the execution of the prize draw.
- Any liability for damages on the part of the organizers and their bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the raffle, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
- Both organizing parties only collect and store the specified email address of the participants. By participating in this raffle, all participants give their consent to the collection of data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The data will be used to carry out and process the raffle and for notification purposes via the Ryzon and Landfolk newsletter. The data of the person drawn will be used to determine, notify and announce the winner. The data will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, the corresponding data will not be passed on for advertising purposes. The data will only be passed on to third parties without the consent of the participant if the organizer is legally obliged to do so. The participant can revoke his/her consent to the use of his/her personal data by both organizing parties at any time and request that his/her data be deleted immediately. A corresponding revocation should be sent to: info@ryzon.net with the subject "Revocation of raffle". According to the Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right to information about their stored data at any time and, if necessary, the right to correct, block or delete data. - Legal recourse is excluded. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use remains unaffected. These terms of participation can be changed by the organizers at any time without separate notification. Additions and side agreements regarding the conditions for the processing of the prize must be in writing to be effective.
- This prize draw is not organized, supported or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta). Participants provide their information to the organizers and not to Facebook (Meta). The information provided will only be used for the purposes set out in the organizers' privacy policy. Facebook (Meta) is released from any liability for the prize draw to any participant.
